Val Garland is a makeup artist born in Bristol. She has
worked with models such a Kate Moss and done runways shows for the likes of Alexander
McQueen. She recently worked with Vogue to create the makeup look for Taylor
Swift on the cover. In ‘Dazed’ she describes herself as having a bit of a punk
spirit, although today being more subtle she states her rebellion by hiding the
face with a generous amount of freckles, also seen on Taylor Swift on the
November cover of Vogue Magazine.
